Jarand Trøen joins Embron Group

Embron Group welcomes Jarand Trøen as the newest member of the investment team.

Trøen brings management consulting experience from Bain & Company and hands-on experience from XXL, where he worked on business development and led a fundamental supply chain transformation by developing data-driven tools and AI-powered processes.

The appointment strengthens Embron's capacity to drive value creation in the portfolio. In his new role, Trøen will work closely with portfolio companies to identify improvement opportunities and deliver lasting operational change, in line with Embron's philosophy of active and long-term ownership.
