Nina Helene Kristoffersen joins Embron Group
Embron Group welcomes Nina Helene Kristoffersen as Finance Manager. Nina brings more than ten years of CFO experience, including from Azets, Computas and Ambita, and a background in corporate development at Orkla.
Nina holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from NHH and has more than ten years of experience as CFO. She joins from Azets Norway, and has previously served as CFO of Computas and Ambita. She has broad experience in financial management, reporting and transactions, and a background in M&A and corporate development at Orkla.
The appointment strengthens Embron's capacity in financial management and follow-up. As Finance Manager, Nina will work closely with CFO Jarl Thomas Sveen, with responsibility for Embron's finance function and reporting. She will also contribute to the follow-up of the portfolio companies, in line with Embron's approach to active, long-term ownership.
"Nina has served as CFO in several companies through growth and transformation, and knows what it takes for financial management to drive better decisions. That experience will benefit both Embron and our portfolio companies," says CFO Jarl Thomas Sveen.
